DAY 2: OPTIONAL HOT AIR BALLOON TOUR – PIGEON VALLEY – UÇHİSAR – GÖREME OPEN-AIR MUSEUM – IMAGINATION VALLEY – AVANOS – PAŞABAĞI FAIRY CHIMNEYS – TURASAN – HOTEL
Guests who wish to see Cappadocia from the sky may join the optional hot air balloon tour at sunrise. Starting the day floating above valleys and fairy chimneys is one of the most unforgettable Cappadocia experiences.
After breakfast, we begin exploring Cappadocia. Our first stops are Pigeon Valley and Uçhisar, where we enjoy photo breaks accompanied by valley views and observe Cappadocia’s unique silhouette from different perspectives.
Later, we enjoy tea and coffee in a charming venue carved into fairy chimneys, overlooking the Göreme panorama.
Our next stop is the Göreme Open-Air Museum, one of Cappadocia’s most important historical sites. Walking among rock-cut monasteries, fresco-decorated churches, refectories, and living quarters, we witness the region’s thousands-year-old history.
At noon, we take a break at a local restaurant to taste one of Cappadocia’s signature dishes: pottery kebab. After lunch, we head to Imagination Valley, famous for its naturally formed, whimsical rock shapes. During our walk, we explore rock formations shaped by nature that spark the imagination.
Next, we visit Avanos, where we learn about the centuries-old pottery tradition nourished by the Kızılırmak River. Guests who wish may experience making their own pottery at a workshop.
We then continue to Paşabağı Fairy Chimneys, one of Cappadocia’s most striking natural areas, also known as Monks Valley. Here, we walk among fairy chimneys of various shapes and heights and witness one of the region’s most iconic landscapes. With sunlight meeting the rock formations, we enjoy a photo break to capture Cappadocia’s most powerful images.
Our final stop of the day is Turasan Wines, one of Cappadocia’s most established wineries. We observe the production process and learn about the region’s winemaking tradition.
After our visits, we return to the hotel for dinner and rest.

DAY 3: KAYMAKLI UNDERGROUND CITY – IHLARA VALLEY – SINASOS / MUSTAFAPAŞA
After breakfast at the hotel, we head toward one of Cappadocia’s most impressive sites: Kaymaklı Underground City. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this extraordinary settlement reveals how people lived underground for centuries. As we move through long corridors, narrow passages, kitchens, storage rooms, ventilation shafts, and the church, we encounter the silent yet powerful traces of the past.
Leaving the underground atmosphere behind, we turn toward Cappadocia’s refreshing nature. Ihlara Valley, accompanied by the Melendiz River, welcomes us with its rock-cut churches and green walking paths. During our walk, surrounded by the sounds of nature, birdsong, and flowing water, time seems to slow down. The fresh air and calm rhythm make this walk one of the most relaxing moments of the day.
After the walk, we reach Mustafapaşa, one of Cappadocia’s most elegant villages, formerly known as Sinasos in ancient times. Walking among stone houses, we listen to stories from the population exchange period and trace the layers of history. With its quiet streets, refined architecture, and deep past, Mustafapaşa is one of the places where Cappadocia’s tranquil spirit is felt most strongly.
At the end of the day, we return to the hotel for dinner and relaxation.
Accommodation and dinner are at the hotel.

DAY 4: KONYA MEVLANA MUSEUM – RETURN TO MARMARIS
After breakfast, we check out of the hotel on the final day of our fairytale Cappadocia journey and head toward Konya, once a major center of philosophy, thought, and Sufism in Anatolia.
In Konya, following the timeless call “Come, whoever you are,” we visit the Mevlana Museum, which houses the tomb of Rumi (Mevlana). Walking quietly among Seljuk-era artifacts, handwritten Qur’ans, and objects depicting dervish life, we complete our journey with a deep sense of peace.
After the visit, we have the opportunity to taste local Konya cuisine, ending this special journey with memorable flavors. Following our meal break, we begin our return journey and arrive in Marmaris in the evening.
We bid farewell at the meeting points, hoping to meet again on future journeys.
