Thanks to the visa-on-arrival convenience, we depart from Marmaris and give you the opportunity to stroll through the streets of Rhodes, breathe in the atmosphere of the Old Town, and witness the daily life of the island.

This daily journey is planned with a balanced pace, guided tours, and free time. While discovering historical points up close, time is also allocated for guests who wish to take breaks at cafes, explore local shops, and feel the rhythm of the island.

Even for a short time, this tour offers a great opportunity for those who want to experience being in another country and discover the unique atmosphere of Rhodes.

TOUR PROGRAM

PORT MEETING – MARMARIS – RHODES CATAMARAN JOURNEY – WALKING ISLAND TOUR – NEW TOWN & OLD TOWN VISITS

We meet you, our valued guests, in the morning at Marmaris Cruise Port, the departure point for Marmaris–Rhodes ferry services. (Guests requesting transfer from Marmaris center to the Cruise Port will be picked up from a designated meeting point.) After passport and exit procedures, we board our catamaran according to the ferry schedule and depart for Rhodes.

NOTE: Our daily Rhodes tours are generally planned with departures at 09:00 / 09:30 and returns at 16:30 - 17:00. Accordingly, the meeting time at the port is around 08:00. Exact departure times are finalized 3–4 days before the tour date and will be communicated to you.

After approximately one hour of sea travel, we arrive at Rhodes Port, complete entry procedures, and meet our guide waiting for us on the island. We begin exploring Rhodes with a guided walking city tour.

We start our tour at Mandraki Harbor, known as the location of the Colossus of Rhodes in ancient times and one of the island’s iconic spots. Around the harbor, we see the New Market, the Court House, Ottoman-era structures, and important buildings that reflect the city’s layered history. We continue our explanations by viewing the Evangelismos Church from the outside, one of the impressive examples of Gothic architecture.

Continuing our walk, we take a short photo break at the spot believed to be where the Colossus of Rhodes once stood, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Here, our guide shares the historical significance of the island’s entrance and the role of the harbor in the past.

Then we proceed to the Old Town, one of the most impressive parts of Rhodes. Entering through the historic walls, we explore the Street of the Knights, the Grand Master’s Palace, the Archaeological Museum, mosques and madrasas from the Ottoman period, and other important structures reflecting different eras of Rhodes, all explained by our guide. Walking along Socrates Street, we reach Hippocrates Square and complete our Old Town tour.

After the guided tour, free time is given to our guests. During this time, you may spend time in the Old Town streets, take a break at cafes, go shopping, or have lunch based on the guide’s recommendations.

At the designated meeting time, we gather again and head to Rhodes Port. After completing passport procedures, we board our catamaran and start our return journey to Marmaris. We say goodbye at Marmaris Cruise Port, completing a pleasant daily island experience with beautiful memories.

NOTE: Transfer from Marmaris center to Marmaris Cruise Port will be available upon request for departure only. Guests requesting transfer must inform in advance. There will be no transfer service on return.

NOTE: A SCHENGEN VISA or VISA ON ARRIVAL is required for this program. Guests holding a service (green) passport do not need a visa. Our agency provides consultancy services for guests who wish to obtain a visa. You may contact us for detailed information.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

**Our guide reserves the right to make changes to the program and routes, provided that all visits are completed, considering factors such as weather and road conditions that may affect the tour.

**If physical conditions (road, weather, natural disasters, etc.) make a visit impossible, our agency cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of that visit.

**Our company cannot be held responsible for schedule changes caused by the ferry company or cancellations due to weather conditions. In such cases, the company reserves the right to modify the tour program, and cannot be held responsible for any additional costs arising from these changes.

**Greek authorities do not allow entry to travelers whose passports contain entry/exit stamps from the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).

**Guests who have extended their passport validity may experience issues at border crossings. If you are joining the tour with an extended passport, you must inform us during registration. Otherwise, our agency cannot be held responsible for any problems such as denial of entry, and no refund will be made.

**Guests who will receive visa-on-arrival consultancy services from us are kindly requested to read the relevant information on our website: https://www.koraltravel.com/Tour-Agreement. In case of visa rejection, our agency cannot be held responsible, and the tour fee is non-refundable.
