We invite you, our valued guests, who want to experience the history, nature, and sea of the Aegean all at once, to this journey of discovery, encompassing unique stops. We'll delve into the pages of history in Miletus, where we'll trace ancient civilizations, experience the Seljuk elegance of the architecture of the İlyas Bey Mosque, experience the vibrant energy of the Aegean in Kuşadası, brighten up the day with Seferihisar's famous Tangerine Festival, and conclude our day in the movie-like streets of Sığacık.
PROGRAM
We'll meet at Eşref Girginç Park (across from LC Waikiki) at 6:00 AM and begin this delightful tour.
Our first stop is Çine, where we'll have a free breakfast break for an energetic start to the day.
After breakfast, we'll head to the Ancient City of Miletus. Miletus, one of the most important port cities of antiquity, is also known as the birthplace of the philosopher Thales. Home to one of Anatolia's most magnificent ruins, with its theater, baths, and agora, this city reveals a millennia-old story.
Following our visit, we visit the adjacent İlyas Bey Mosque and the Miletus Museum. Reflecting the exquisite stonework of the Anatolian principalities, the İlyas Bey Mosque captivates visitors with its tranquility and serenity. Inside the museum, we embark on a journey filled with sculptures, reliefs, and mosaics that reveal the ancient city's past.
Our next stop is Kuşadası. We'll experience the vibrant atmosphere of the Aegean Sea with the historic Caravanserai, the Hand of Peace Monument, which has become a city symbol, and free time in the marketplace. The scent of the sea, the sound of seagulls, and the uniquely peaceful breeze of the Aegean reflect the spirit of this beautiful town.
We depart Kuşadası around noon and head to the Seferihisar Tangerine Festival. As we stroll among the colorful stalls, accompanied by the scent of fresh tangerines, we meet local producers and celebrate the abundance of the Aegean.
Then, we arrive at our final stop of the day, Sığacık Kaleiçi. With its narrow streets, stone houses with wooden shutters, bougainvillea, and the scent of the sea, Sığacık is a true haven of tranquility. After a short walk within the castle walls, we have free time by the sea. After capturing beautiful memories in this fairytale town at sunset, we begin our return to Marmaris in the evening.
Upon arrival in Marmaris, we bid farewell to our valued guests at our pick-up points. We hope to see you on our next trip.
