The bitter herb, known by its Latin name Inula and also called climbing herb, has been confirmed by Ege University to be effective against many types of cancer.

Known as Bitter Herb due to the bitter taste it leaves in the mouth, and also referred to as Tilkişen or Wild Asparagus, this herb is both flavorful and full of healing properties despite its slightly bitter taste.

We meet our valued guests at 07:30 at Eşref Girginç Park (opposite LC WAIKIKI) and begin our beautiful day. Our first stop is the ancient city of Stratonikeia. After a free breakfast break along the way, we visit this precious ancient city located in the village of Eskihisar in Yatağan, known as the “city of gladiators and eternal love,” and explore it with a professional guide. Stratonikeia is one of the rare places where architectural structures and urban fabric from the Archaic, Classical, Hellenistic, Roman Empire, Byzantine, Beyliks, Ottoman, and Republic of Türkiye periods can be seen together.

Afterwards, we proceed to the Ortakent neighborhood, a historic village in Bodrum where the festival area is set up. Upon arrival at the festival area, free time is given to our guests. During this time, guests may taste delicacies made from Bitter Herb or enjoy shopping. After pleasant moments witnessing a feast of flavors prepared by renowned chefs, we gather again at the place and time determined by our guide and depart for Marmaris.

We drop you off at the points where we picked you up in Marmaris and bid farewell with the hope of meeting again on future tours.
