Holiday Prices And Occupancy
Price on the holiday pages are quoted per person and are bassed on the number of adults sharing, as given in the property description. For self-catering holidays this will be maximum number of adults the property can accommodate. If fewer adults take the property there may be under-occupany supplements as shown under the price panel, where you’ll also find optional supplements relating to meals, hotel rooms and any other facilities.
What is your payment policy?
On your purchase, we will charge particular amount of your payment from your Credit Card. If you have second payment which is due on a specific date, that payment will be charged from the same credit card with the one you make the purchase unless you inform us to charge the rest of the payment from another card which you would provide us. Our payment policy is as indicated below;
• Accepted Credit Cards are VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
• % 4 commission will be added to total amount for only American Express Cards.
• We need only 50 % of total payment as deposit and balance can be paid until 14 days before than your arrival.
• For the bookings which are made 14 days before to check/in ( arrival date ), whole payment will be charged.
• For the bookings less than 7 days, whole payment will be charged.
If I make any cancellation or change cccurs on my booking?
Our priority is to provide your accommodation as booked. But under any circumstances, for instance, you do not pay the balance; we have the right to cancel your booking. Koral Travel holds the right to cancel your booking. Under these circumstances, either you will be refunded or given an equivalent or closely similar standard replacement of your cancelled accommodation from us. Notwithstanding, we might be able not to provide you a replacement of your cancelled accommodation, unless one is available.
In case you would like to cancel your accommodation booking, the lead name on the booking must inform us. After we are informed regarding your accommodation booking cancellation, you should receive a cancellation confirmation from us. Since we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay the applicable cancellation charges up to the maximum specified in below:

If I need any help in my accommodation and information about check-in/check-out?
In your property, Check-in is after 14:00 & Check-out must be by 12:00. When you arrive at the property, make sure that the lead name passenger, as it appears on the voucher, is the one that checks in. Should you have any queries you may ask directly our representative in the resort. Our representatives visit most of the hotels at regular times which you can find on the information boards in the hotels. Should you need representative or if you need any help or advice, please do not hesitate to call our resort office and our office team will be happy to help you by making appointments to come and see you at your accommodation.You may find our representative’s contact details also on the voucher. Out of working hours, our representative may be reached by calling the emergency number that appears on the voucher. If calling from a mobile, the international dialing code must be dialed. If calling from a landline there is no need.
My problems and complaints?
We hope that your stay will be enjoyable, but if you do encounter any problems please speak to the hotel initially to try and get them resolved. If you remain dissatisfied, please contact the local handling agent whose details are given on this voucher - they will give you as much assistance as they can. If you do not take these steps, we will not be able to deal with issues that are raised after your holiday has ended. If you take these steps and wish to follow up your complaint when you get home, you must write to your travel agent within 7 days.

How can I make my transfer booking?

On arrival please look out for a representative who will be displaying a KORAL TRAVEL sign. This representative will be at the exit of the arrivals hall and will provide you with details of your transfer you booked.
For your departure, you will be informed regarding your pick-up time from your property 24 hours prior to your departure. Please wait in the hotel/location reception until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it.
**Please note that your return transfer confirmation is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important. Please use contact details as specified on voucher for your local representative. For any problem please contact the ground agent.
You can make your transfer reservation as online from www.transfersturkey.com and get your transfer voucher to your e-mail address automatically. Our online sales prices are correct and you can book from there safely. Only you need to fill in the gaps with correct details and then your transfers will be booked. What are your transfer types?
This shuttle bus service offers a cheap transfer to and from your holiday accommodation. Pre booking a shuttle service gives you the security of knowing how you will arrive at your accommodation. Shuttle services are scheduled; therefore you may have to wait for a short time at the airport, maximum waiting time 1 hour (day or night). Transfer times are estimated and may vary depending on the number of stops en-route. On shuttle transfers, we hold the right to either cancel your shuttle transfer booking booked for the date interval between 1st of November and 31st of April or offer you to upgrade you transfer with the additional charge.

GROUPS FREE PLACES
These vary according to check in date and group size but as few as 12 adults many benefit from a free place. Price reductions start from just 10 passengers. Book through our Groups Reservations and you may be entitled to a discount.
Group Rules
1) Free places or price reductions are applicable on all properties in this web page.
2) The group, must book same time, travel on the same duration, and stay at same accommodation.
3) The free place does count towards occupany and is calculated at the lowest adult price, room supplements and meal supplements.
4) All passengers must pay the deposit.
5) Cancellation within the group will incur standard cancellation charges and may result in the loss or reduction of discounts.
6) Additions made after the intial reservation may be considered as separate bookings and will not affect the original discounts

Late Bookings
You can book a Koral Travel / TurkeyBeds.Com holiday right up to the day of departure. For all late bookings made within 14 days of departure, you will be required to pay the full cost of the holiday at the time of booking.
