Stayed at Ata lagoon for 3 weeks October 2010. What a fantastic hotel. good food lovely staff. clean & comfy rooms, beautiful setting. I have been to Oludeniz about 18 or 19 times now but its the first time at this hotel and I have to say this beats any other I`ve stayed in before & some have supposed to of been 5*. I love it in October, its not so busy, not many kids around, weather not to hot. Thanks Ata Lagoon for the best chillout holiday. Be back next year for sure. X

We stayed at the above resort for a week in August 2010. The food was good and varied, the whole resort was kept spotless and the rooms were excellent. Would recommend this resort to families with children of all ages as the animation were enough for them. Also team entertained us day and night and were excellent, funny. Try it out you will not be disapointed from this hotel.

Our first stay at the Pine Valley Hotel, and certainly not the last. We usually stay at the Green Anatolia Hotel but this year it was full. This hotel was recomended to us by friends and it was absolutely wonderful. Basic but charming. The hotel manager and staff were faultless. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We have been going to the Mutlu Beach Hotel for 5years and always book with Koral. Hotel is perfect place for lovely quite holiday. Staff all great & a very clean hotel.
Very nice hotel with nice pool and good food.Cleanliness is upermost and the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful.The facilities in the hotel are superb and the entertainment was good fun for the whole family ( if you are in high season).

We regret taking bed and breakfast and wished we took the half board opportunity instead because the food at dinner was very tasty! Mostly they were Turkish mezes and main courses.
This was a super value holiday, which we would really recommend. Club Letoonia has enough to keep everybody happy. My wife and I went for 11 nights. The bungalow room was a good size, comfortable and pretty. The AC was fine and our room was very clean and well maintained. The food was very good and varied. The entertainment was good, as were the beaches the pools and the bars. The setting and the gardens are lovely at night and in the daytime.
Staff are efficient and very friendly - our special thanks to Olga, Guest Relations Chief and Mustafa Onder, Front Office manager!
We had a very relaxing vacations. Overall, we would really recommend the place. If we could give four and a half circles on the TripAdvisor star ratings, we would. The hotel complex is far better than many 4* resorts.

We were in Loryma Resort in Turunc last week and did only one tour with Tas as we had rented a car. We did the Peninsula Exploration with him and loved the full day we had. Tas was informative, full of energy and lots of fun to be with on any tour.

In the beginning of July we took a rest at hotel ?NAVY? at Icmeler bay. We really liked the kind hospitality and up to now we can?t forget the days we spent at your hotel, and services of good cook and waiters. We noticed the unusual atmosphere and design at your hotel ?NAVY? and around and inside there were paintings by navy ships and sea fleet animations. We soon realized that your hotel ?NAVY? is dedicated the naval fleet. We?re from Western Europe, one of the three Baltic republics Latvia, which is located near the Baltic Sea. Our sea is cold, but we also have traditions of the sea for navy ships, land cruises and surface ships. My family is very closely related to marine fleet. My father was sailor. There was the Soviet Navy Base where I lived about 15-12 years ago. Large naval ships and submarines always stood near the coast. It reminded me that time at your hotel (by pictures).
When we put our luggage on the bus, I left a small bottle of Latvian balsam in the reception. It is Christmas time now and time when you can drink it and wish for our coming back next year.

I found this website and I have booked letoonia hotel for october 2010 through turkeybeds.com and I look forwrd to my holiday. for transfer reservation they redirected me to http://www.fethiyeairport.com and I got a private taxi transfer with them. I didn`t know they are offing extra products with transfer purchase. I suprprised with taht and got a baby seat for my 3 years old son. that`s a perfect service and they are offering booking management system as well.
I found out that the site is owned bu Koral Travel as well which is a local turkey specialist travel agent.

Have just returned from the Navy Hotel, having stayed in 3* Turkish hotels before was prepared for a basic room, and was pleasantly surprised at the standard of accommodation, we were situated in the main block, & our room had clearly been refurbished as the bathroom was spotless and modern, there was always hot water no matter what time you came back for a shower.

On Friday we travelled with Koral for the Dalyan River excursion. Our tour guide was called Tas. I would like to leave some feedback about Tas, as we were so pleased that he was our tour guide. He was very friendly and funny, his English was excellent, and he told us many interesting facts about the area, about Turkish life and the economy. I felt that I learned more about Turkey from Tas than I had learned on the whole trip.
Our trip with Tas was the best thing we did on our holiday.

Thank you for arranging our holiday again this year we had a fantastic time as usual. Also thank you for arranging such wonderful transfers for us, every thing was perfect until we were ready to take off from Dalaman.
We had just left the stand at Dalaman when someone noticed a leak from one of the engines so we were taken off the plane and eventually put in a hotel in Gocek for the night we could not sleep as we were told we might have to leave at short notice. We eventually got home at 9 o? clock on Wednesday night we were all very tired having not slept since leaving green Anatolia, but at least we are safe.

We were not happy.when arrived as we were sent to another hotel.We were hungy & Thirsty when we arrived and we asked the manager it we had to pay for food & drinks and his answerwas tes.this was the main problem with beins sent to another hotel.had the food and drinks being free we would have been happier.only after complaing and were we acluised the food and drink would be paid for at the grove.The hotel have looked after us by collecting and dropping us home of an evening.they have also advised we can have a turkish bath on the house Tuncay came to see us tuesday afternoon and he was very nice and helpful.he was given us discounted trips and made sune we are ok.we are happy with the service.

We chose Mutlu because of all the good reviews and we were not disappointed.Eylem made us very welcome,we only had breakfast here and it was very good. The room overlooked the sea and the view was fantastic. Beds are very hard but this seems to be normal in Turkey.
We tended to eat out and also used the bar next door,the Hamsi bar,the manager,Bayrun is a bit of a character and we met some nice people here.
We booked through Koral Travel,a local Turkish company and the they provided good value airport transfers.We also booked 3 trips with them and although they were fine perhaps we could have got better value if we had looked around.
2 restaurants which we liked were Bella Mamas and if you like to see local culture try Ametist,across from the Bombay,good food and when we were there good live turkish music. Turkey is still good value for money.
This resort is excellent and I`m sure you`ve read the other reviews that confirm this. The steps up to the rooms may be a problem for some people, the shuttleboat is expensive and never seemed to leave at the times specified, but these are minor gripes. The staff are friendly, the food is generally very good, we ate at all the A La Carte restaurants and would recommend you try them. The swimming pools are clean the beaches are beautiful as are the grounds of the hotel with the flowers and trees. We booked with Koral Travel, a Turkish Travel Agents over the internet and got a very cheap deal, the same week on Thompson was £130 more. than we paid. Overall, I would recommend this resort for families of all ages and couples.

Hilton Dalaman beautiful hotel but diabolical service
We were very excited to be staying here after reading all the positive reviews. We had booked 5 nights through Turkey beds (koral travel) who offered a very professional service.
Our first 9 days were at olu deniz where we got a private transfer (also through Koral Travel after our original booking with Pegas took 50 TL from us as deposit and didnt show up....thanks Pegas i dont think)
We can all see from the pictures how beautiful this large hotel is, i dont need to waffle on about how stunning the pools and the guest rooms are (they are fantastic quality fittings comfortable and plush).
The style is amazing and the attention to design never failed to impress me.... but looking pretty isnt everything....maybe the hilton dalaman want to chew on this thought, when they pay four perfect specimens of the female form to just stand and greet guests at dinner time, when in the restaurant the staff are decending into chaos!!!! I am sure most guests would prefer to be served a drink and have a table to sit at instead of this eye candy every evening!
This hotel has many problems and i am going to moan about the ones we encountered.
Room wasnt ready when we arrived even though we were after the 2pm check in time. it took a couple of attempts to get our daughters cot brought to the room.
Many (~not all )staff at reception unfriendly and blank faced.
An all inclusive with menus of things that you can and cant order? We booked ultra all inclusive and that made not a jot of difference.
The drinks selection was diabolical. They should be ashamed of the cocktail menu, and the people making them hadnt a clue. We arent even big drinkers, but enjoy a nice cocktail on holiday, these were the worst we had sampled. Wrong ingredients, cheap ingredients. very disappointing. My friend ordered "archers" and was given a peach cordial drink?!
After a day or 2 we began to arrive for our meals in the main sarigerme restaurant with some trepidation, the seating arrangments were very odd. Some of the booths werent wide enough to seat the amount of tables in them. so getting bashed by someones chair was the norm. or having to get up to let someone through during your meal. And that was if you could actually find a free table, or one that was not piled up with plates that never seemed to get cleared.
Instant help yourself coffee and no clean cups to pour it into? 5* hotel with make your own instant granulated coffee?? My husband spoke to the restaurant manager about this and he agreed it wasnt right!
It was a talent the way the restaurant staff managed to avoid your eye contact and to totally ignore you and carry on doing something else when you had asked for a drink for the 3rd time! Never have we witnessed this skill in a hotel restaurant before. To get a drink during your meal was a bonus.
Our 2 year old daughter was never given cutlery or a drinking glass at the table, she might have been invisible for all we know!
The sunbeds were well and truly reserved by 9.00am find one and you were lucky,
Not enough bars and toilets dotted around.
The beach area seems overlooked by the designers to me. No bar on the beach. The sunbeds set way back from the sea. the pier was lovely but not big enough for the amount of guests who would have wanted to use it. Sand was coarse but de-pebbled we think so nicer for waking on. sea quite rough and shelving from the sand.
A maid broke a glass bottle in our room on our last full day, this was not cleaned up properly and i stood on some getting out of the shower as it was stuck into the carpet. On looking closer we saw quite a few larger chunks of glass in the corner of the room and my husband cut his hand clearing some of it away before our 2 year old trod in it,
The manager came up and apologised and arranged for the cleaners to steam clean the room. He arranged for a fruit plate and bottle of wine to be left in our room when we came in later. I am just glad it was me the glass stuck into and not our daughter!
It wasnt all bad, as i said the surroundings are gorgeous and we could quite happily spend the day around the pools and just wandering around. The outdoor lunch restaurant was good and we had better service there. The childrens area was fantastic and the earlier 6-7pm buffet perfect for tired little ones. The lady making the pancakes by the beach was the nicest member of staff by miles, friendly and smiling. I think she should be promoted!
The shows that we saw were good, they might want to rethink the seating arrangments in the ampitheatre though, to sit on wooden benches if you arent lucky enough to get a sofa isnt the best or the comfiest. Maybe some cushions or bean bags would be a good idea to save everyones derriers!?
The gym was very good too my hubby was more than happy with the equipment and he loved the roman baths too.
There needs to be more staff training and more staff empolyed if this hotel is going to keep its top spot on trip advisor. The only reason we would ever go back is for the lovely room with its amazing bathroom and views, and the pools. but we are sure we can find that elsewhere but with good friendly service too.
We had absolutely no problems with our transfer from the airport our driver was there with our name on a card to pick us up and we were on the road in no time. The return transfer was equally easy the driver was bang on time at 5 in the morning and got us to the airport in good time. I would not hesitate to use Koral Travel in the future.

Location perfect, quiet and only 5 mins walk yo shops. Food excellent. room adequate. shower room and balcony a little small. would have liked towel rail on balcony for drying towels. I felt it looked untidy of an evening with towels hanging on roof of top floors. staff extremely helpful and friendly. overall a very good holiday. Next time fpr a week would insist on bigger room on lower floor. Transfer on arriving at dalaman at 1:30 am not available. very disappointing. we were told someone would be there with our name on a board - No one was !! had to sort out our own, arrived at hotel 4:30 am. not a good start (with travel hoppa)(paid extra money for private transfer on our return journey)

Dogs at green forest hotel require fresh water and fresh food each day. one dog had no shelter. this needs addressing.

Really enjoyed our holiday here. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the main beach Belcekiz and 10 minutes to Olu Deniz Blue Lagoon, National Park. Pool is a great size and perfect for cooling off, and there are plenty of sunloungers around the pool.

Koral are the best transfer service that we have used so far on time and very efficient will use again.
We have just returned from Flamingo Hotel and all we can say is it was a very strange experience. When we arrived we were allocated our rooms. We travelled with my husbands mum and so had booked two rooms. We were taken to two rooms situated underneath the pool. Rooms 30 and 31. These were like rabbit hutches with no balcony and all overgrown pathways, the bathroom was a sink, wc and a shower fixed to the wall with bedding and curtains more befitting to butlins in the 50`s. also with a small window. We complained, as all other areas had lovely rooms with wonderful balconies. The Manager said he used to use these rooms himself when working. I pointed out we were not staff but on holiday, we had to stay in the room overnight and was allocated new rooms the next day, albeit we had to wait untill 3.00 the next day, hanging around without unpacking our cases. There was no entertainment as such but the bar remained open until 2.00 or 3.00a.m. the music and noise made sleeping impossible, if you did manage to fall asleep for a couple of hours you were woken by the crowing of the cockerals from 4.00am onwards and then the mosque started calling from 5.00 onwards. If you are wanting a restful peaceful holiday then this is certainly not for you. The food left an awful lot to be desired. Breakfast consisted of one cereal, toast jam, boiled egg and of course the usual ham, cheese tomatoes etc. The evening meal was appalling. Spaghetti, rice, stew or chicken. Mushroom or tomato soup and one desert. If you have children I think you would find it very difficult to find something for them to eat. Alternatively you could book a meal for the evening but you had to pay extra for this, usually between 30 and 70 tl. Despite all the above I must say that the hotel itself is a very pleasant hotel, the rooms, other than the ones that we were first offered, are spacious and very clean and the staff are very very friendly. Take care when staying at this hotel as you are not allowed to take any food or drink into the hotel, and most guests were sneaking things in and hiding it in there room. This has been our worst holiday so far but saying that Olu Deniz and Hissonaru are beautiful and we would go back there. Two members of staff that stood out and was very attentive are Mustafa and Jimmy, and they made our holiday more pleasant than it could have been.
